Distributor Terms

FREIGHT

FOB Factory: All products are shipped from North Dartmouth, MA 02747, USA
Ground Freight: Prepaid UPS or FedEx Ground and added to invoice.
Air Freight: Shipped using Distributor’s air freight (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) account.
Common Carrier: Shipped freight collect.

TERMS

Net 30 days for Oberon Distributors with established credit. Failure to pay invoices within payment terms jeopardizes future pricing and credit terms. Accounts at 60 days will be placed on credit hold until account is brought within terms.

NO MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order requirement. An Invoicing Fee of $10.00 will be added to the invoice of all orders with merchandise total (at distributor cost) under US $100.00.

DROP SHIP

Oberon does not charge a Drop Ship Fee. To avoid confusion, we ask that there be one shipping address per purchase order.

PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS

Product design and specifications are subject to change without advance notice. All product pricing is in US dollars, unless otherwise noted. Pricing and terms of sale are subject to change without advance notice.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact Customer Service to arrange for return of an Oberon Company product.

The following procedure will ensure that your return is handled in a proper and expeditious manner:

Discrepancy in Order or Damaged Goods: Oberon should be notified within 14 days following delivery of any discrepancy in the order or of any damaged item in order to be eligible for merchandise return.

Returned Goods Authorization Request: Before returning any merchandise to Oberon, please contact Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization Request Form. Distributor must complete the form and return via email to [email protected].

Returned Goods Authorization Number: A RGA number will be issued upon approval of the RGA Request. Any product returned to Oberon without an RGA number will not be accepted.

Eligible Products Merchandise may be returned to Oberon at any time within sixty days of purchase. Beyond sixty days, no returns will be authorized. Only products in new, clean, saleable condition will be accepted.

No custom made to order (MTO) items will be accepted for return.

You will be notified if any merchandise is not eligible for credit due to product condition or other, even if properly returned under this program.

Un-credited returned merchandise will be held for 30 days and then discarded unless you notify Oberon to return the product at your expense.

Product Packaging To ensure that warehouse personnel properly process your return, please include the RGA number on the outside label of every box you are returning.

The product must be in original packaging. Only products received by Oberon in saleable condition are eligible for credit.

Any missing items or damage found either resulting from use, handling or transportation will be your responsibility and are not eligible for credit.

Freight prepaid Authorized product being returned must be sent to Oberon freight prepaid. You are responsible for filing all freight claims.

Merchandise Credit Product returned to Oberon which has met the Merchandise Return Policy will be credited to the account in the form of a merchandise credit only. This credit may be used toward past or future purchases of Oberon products and services.

The value of the credit will be based upon your invoiced purchase price of the product, less applicable restocking fee, as well as the number of resalable units returned.

Customer Service will send you a Credit Memo.

Restocking Fee All returns within 60 days of invoice date will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the merchandise invoice Price.

Exchanges: Customers requesting product exchanges will be required to pay for both the return freight and the freight for the exchange shipment. Subject to restocking fee.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

Oberon’s products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Oberon will, at its sole option, repair or replace any item that fail due to manufacturing defect of materials or workmanship. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) anticipated wear or damage due to use of the product in the application for which it is marketed; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Oberon. Oberon reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products if product has been used contrary to applicable standards or promoted application. This Limited Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose and constitutes the only WARRANTY made by Oberon. Oberon’s responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price only, and it shall not be liable for any other direct or consequential damages in connection with the sale and distribution of its products.
