How do I choose the right arc flash protection and suit that is right for me?

Oberon offers several different arc flash suits with arc ratings ranging in protection from 25-140 cal/cm2. This amounts to the widest product selection available on the market. To help with product selection, Oberon has created two different product series; CAT and TCG. Each product series has unique features and benefits that should be considered when selecting your arc flash suit. An arc flash risk assessment must first be completed by the employer before the appropriate protection level can be determined. All Oberon arc flash suits, regardless of the product series, include True Color Grey (TCG) hood shield lens technology and are fully compliant with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462 and Level 2 Conformity per ANSI/ISEA 125.
